KUWAIT: In collaboration with multiple government agencies, an inspection campaign targeting food trucks was recently conducted in Ahmadi Governorate. The operation was led by Minister of Commerce and Industry Khalifa Al-Ajeel, Minister of State for Municipal Affairs and Housing Affairs Abdul Latif Al-Mishari, and Acting Deputy Director General for Inspection and Control at the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition, Dr. Saud Al-Jalal. Together, they inspected several mobile food units to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.  (Arab Times)
