The Ministry of Health has introduced a new mechanism regulating the overnight stay of vehicles in the parking lots of hospitals, health centers, and specialized centers. According to the guidelines, vehicles cannot remain in these parking areas for more than 48 continuous hours under any circumstances.
The ministry emphasized that the initiative aims to ensure smooth operations and proper vehicle movement management in and out of healthcare facilities. It also highlighted the importance of monitoring and organizing vehicle entry, exit, and overnight parking. Public relations departments at hospitals and health centers, in coordination with public services departments, are tasked with overseeing the enforcement of this regulation.
