KUWAIT: As part of improving the community services and out of keenness of the Ministry of Interior to facilitate the measures of taking the biometric fingerprints for bedridden individuals and special needs particularly with moderate and severe mental disabilities at their residencies in a way to ensure their rights in the government services. Recognizing the growing demand for biometric fingerprints procedure among Bedridden individuals and those with special needs, the General Department of Criminal Evidences has dedicated designated contact numbers for governorates.
