KUWAIT: The General Authority for Roads and Transportation (PART), in collaboration with the General Traffic Department, has announced a temporary diversion of the Fifth Ring Road at the intersection with Bin Qasim Street.

The diversion is effective today and Saturday and will last until Thursday morning. The affected hours are from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. daily.

Motorists are advised to plan their routes accordingly and follow the posted signs to ensure smooth traffic flow during the diversion period.
