The expertly crafted menu offers a selection of delicious starters, hearty main courses, and indulgent desserts, all against the stunning backdrop of Rang Mahal’s beautifully designed interiors.
The gastronomic affair sets off with a choice of appetizers like Chit Chat Aur Chat (warm potatoes, iced dahibhalla cream, crisps), Kerala Fried Chicken (hand-pounded tomato relish), or for an additional AED25, savor Peppered Lamb Chops (tandoori marinade, mint chutney).
For the main course, choose from a variety of flavorful options such as Lamb Rogan Josh (Kashmiri chili, yogurt, dried ginger powder), Mangalorean Ghee Roast Prawns (kori roti crisps), Paneer Makhani (paneer, creamy tomato fondue), or Chicken Tikka Masala (onion tomato masala, fenugreek leaves, fresh coriander). Pair the course with classic sides of Cumin Rice or Traditional Bread.
To end the evening on a sweet note, guests can indulge in the traditional Indian dessert of Rose Bhapa Doi (baked yogurt cheesecake, fresh berries).
