Ingredients
- Lamb leg piece 1 kg weight
- Oil 4 tsp
- Yogurt ¼ cup
- Papaya paste 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- Green chilies 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Crushed red chili 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin 1 tsp
Method

Mix all above ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Wash and make cut on lamb and rub marination on lamb. Leave it overnight.

Place lamb on baking tray and cover with aluminum foil.

Bake at 180 degree for one and half hour. Then uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until tender.
